If you can make an appointment online in advance (days, weeks or even months in advance), it helps you get in and out quickly, especially when you check-in via the mobile app. It’s important to check in on your phone, because the line at the kiosks can be long if you get there when they open. We usually go to FFX hospital’s pediatric lab, but due to time constraints I booked an appt here for my 13M old. I was a little nervous that they would have difficulty with such a young and squirmy patient, but the 2 male phlebotomist who took care of us today were absolutely amazing.
I am more than pleased with the care we received. I have a teenager who is terrified of needles, and Ms. Klein’s attention was impeccable—she didn’t even realize when her blood was drawn. Thank you so much. This is a highly recommended place.
