Extremely bad customer service, only two people worked behind the counter. I went at 1:30 and around 3 pm the still were working for my two kids blood work and putting in system. They had no management every one who came after me did not had appointment either but they just kept me putting me on hold. I am pretty sure it will take half hour before I am out from here. I had to be in very grumpy mood and asked them to get it done.
Total of 2 people could not take the blood sample from my 3 year old son, they made him cry out loud, kept inserting needle to both arms, but yet they were not able to find a vessel. They don't know what they are doing, one of the technician's hand was shaking, maybe because of his age. They said due to my son's dehydration, the blood is not coming out. This is ridicilous!!! My son is drinking a lot of water, he is not dehydrated at all, he just woke up and we took him to have the blood work. He is no way that be dehydrated.... read more

super fast, super easy, I didn’t catch her name but the lady drawing my blood was very nice and it only took her one try to find a good vein :) other reviews had me a little worried as someone who’s scared of needles and blood, but it wasn’t bad at all!
