I didn’t even feel them stick me, Ahmed was really great and so was the young lady at the front desk with the tinsel hair. So helpful and easy
One word describes the staff for this location. INCOMPETENT. Who ever the manager is at this location should be fired. Only one person checking in 15 plus people. Had to check in and wait to drop off samples.
I was very pleased with Lena the phlebotomist at this location. She’s what we need more of in this field. I told her I was on blood thinners and she took extra extra measures to make sure I was ok and didn’t faint lol. She even took time to quickly show me techniques since I’m in school. Give her a raise!!!
Just based on my first experience: Joseph and Ahmed were both really helpful and conversational. The patients also seemed comfortable around the staff. Only thing is, labs are expensive without insurance. Idk how the cost is here compared to other companies
