Unorganized and uncoordinated. Showed up for a TB blood test and urine sample. They called me back but were confused about my appointment even though it was clarified at the front and the staff is just rude.
I have to shoutout the entire staff, but in particular the team leader young lady. She exuded patience in front of very difficult clients giving a hard time. She will be a great nurse when she finishes her BSN!!! Keep it up
Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Do not come here! The manager or whomever the lead is — goes and yells at all her staff members, making them cry. Then charges me $150 and says my insurance will take care of it. I later get two more bills. $450 later she sends the blood results to the wrong doctor which is PII violation. I call LabCorp and they tell me I still need to pay, even though I did not receive any results. $450 and zero results! This is fraud!
