This was my first visit to Labcorp at Toledo Terrace and I would give more stars if I could the experience was stellar the kind receptionist also drew my blood she was excellent it’s so nice to have kindhearted friendly people that Labcorp employs I really thank her and I know I’ll go back to Toledo Terrace the staff are excellent thank you all and God bless you and I had to come back this day to really extend my thanks to my phlebotomist she is excellent you can’t even tell I gave my blood for testing I don’t know her name ... read more
I am not too sure about specimen handling at this location. In the past I've had a 24 hour collection specimen have to be collected again because the original specimen disappeared. How does that happen? In November I had blood drawn for several ordered test and another 24 hour collection. That was the week of November 18th and no results yet. What happened? These two incidents are concerning for questions about proper specimen handling.
Clean location. Excellent phlebotomy. Come when not crowded and you will be out in 15 min
They really know what they are doing here. Also very clean. Short wait times.
