Honest Review July 2026!! The entrance is right before the light, drive straight back and its the last building. Go in and go to the 5th floor and walk to the left. Came on Saturday morning around 8:30 am, did not have an appointment. Checked in and it said that I would be seen at 9:30 am. Decided to wait it out in the lobby and luckily got called in at 8:45 am. Smooth experience in the phlebotomist was so friendly
The staff is great, doing the best they can considering that there is one phlebotomist and one intake person. I had an appointment for 10:45 and was kept waiting for over an hour which is and absolutely ridiculous. The staff needs more help and another phlebotomist needs to be given to solve the issue. I typically don’t have this issue but today was beyond slow many people sat waiting for an hour or more.
Friendly staff, quick, and easy. Have never had an issue.
