Smooth experience in the phlebotomist was so friendly
The staff is great, doing the best they can considering that there is one phlebotomist and one intake person. I had an appointment for 10:45 and was kept waiting for over an hour which is and absolutely ridiculous. The staff needs more help and another phlebotomist needs to be given to solve the issue. I typically don’t have this issue but today was beyond slow many people sat waiting for an hour or more.
Friendly staff, quick, and easy. Have never had an issue.
I want to thank the woman at the front desk who helped me during my appointment today. She was very kind and respectful. I was nervous about my appointment but she made me feel at ease and was able to help me ensure my lab order was correct. The appointment itself was very quick and efficient as well.
Lab draws themselves are fine. Getting there is the nightmare. Worst front desk experience in the area. Make an appt. It means you’ll only need to wait an hr instead of the entire day. Bring your lab paperwork; in fact bring 2 copies. Faxing or emailing ahead of time is a futile effort. They won’t have it, and it’s always someone else’s system not working, never theirs. You know the sloths from Zootopia working at the dmv? Come here to experience it yourself, except less friendly and absolutely does not gaf.
