UPDATING 3/18:25: I know for a fact my preferred name is on file. Last time I was here, they had no issues calling it. The lady working at check-in today proceeded to shout across the entire room my deadname. When I corrected her, she gave me an attitude.. Professional very clean and friendly. I've had blood drawn here many times and they drew blood on my toddler and did an amazing job. Very skilled and follow proper medical protocols. Ten stars! Thank you for you service labcorp medford!
I’ve never had a phlebotomist find my vein without some difficulty. I always warn them: left arm is easiest, but they’re deep and tend to roll, even if I drink a lot of water in the 24 hours leading up to the bloodwork. The girl who did my bloodwork today found it SO FAST I was SHOCKED! She also talked to me and helped me feel at ease when I mentioned a bad experience with a phlebotomist in TN that left me with a fear of needles. Absolutely amazing.
