I am giving the one star to the company leaders- do better. If I could give the people actually working at the location a different rating I would give 5 stars! There is constantly a room full of people waiting hours. There are usually no more than 2 people working- running back and forth. I’d be surprised if they have time to even use the restroom themselves. It is a disgrace and they should be paid more for what they have to do on a daily basis! All the while they are still smiling and being kind to the patients.
Cici and the phlebotomist were extremely nice and professional. Everything was so quick and easy
Cici needs a raise! she’s the sole reason I come to this Labcorp which is SO much better than any other Labcorp in the area. Marlton has some very rude staff members but cici is always professional, extremely organized, a hard worker, and honestly is the most friendly Labcorp employee I have ever met. You can tell she really cares about people. Most people I know go to this Labcorp because of her- thank you cici!

The lab is way understaffed which is not a one off problem. I have had a few visits over the past few months and each time I have had to wait for 1.5 to 2 hours. All because they only had 2 people working there Fortunately I have a flexible schedule but for those who work 9-5 jobs they will have to take the day off to get their work done. On top of that I was giving a urine sample so had to sit holding my pee for 2 hours which is completely unacceptable.
