Everyone was friendly and professional! Russell talked me through the blood draw (it is always a challenge since I have small veins).
Miserable place. They must be underpaying their employees because their attitude is horrible. They also forgot to run a test and I had to come back. I would almost feel bad for the workers but that have such p-poor attitude. Find another location.
Scheduled an appointment for 10:30, they got to me right away.
I am almost 80 and have multiple health issues. I went to this location for a blood draw. The waiting room was filled with people standing around the walls because the few seats were all filled. People in line waiting with there orders and nobody at the front desk. It was clearly going to be a very long wait, I would estimate hours. I can’t stand for that long. I left. I will never go back to that location again.
