I had a great experience with this staff! Tanya at the front desk was so helpful in getting my paperwork all set up and informing me their system was down. Even though it was busy and the computer not cooperating, her and the phelbolomist Russell were able to keep wait times down. Russell also was so quick with sticking me I didn't feel a thing. Everyone was so kind and quick. I appreciated them answering my questions even with a crowd of people. Would highly recommend!
Phlebotomist Russel is special. He eased my daughter’s anxiety of labwork. She didn’t even get light headed or lose color. She said she didn’t feel and thing. He was precise! He helped her with a visual analogy. I can’t speak for the other staff. I can say that Russel is kind, caring, bright, and again-special.
If I could leave no stars I would. I have come here several times as every time has been awful. The people act as though you are bothering them as if it isn't their job to do this. They almost never process my bloodwork as stat how the dr requests it and there is a problem every time I go to this location.
Everyone was friendly and professional! Russell talked me through the blood draw (it is always a challenge since I have small veins).
