The lab is closed on the day of my appointment! Just received a reminder yesterday and confirmation that my appointment is today. Took few hours off from work and rushed here today, to find out the lab is closed, wth…. Such a waste of time. Please at least call?
I had an appointment for 8 AM at this location. I showed up at 7:55 and the office was closed (they are supposed to open at 7 AM). At 8:07 I get a text that my appointment is canceled because the office is closed. THANKS A LOT!! Luckily the location inside of Walgreens was able to accommodate me, and the phlebotomist was such a nice lady. Avoid the Creekside location!!
I had an appointment for a blood draw for school. I arrived to a full waiting room and only one staff member. Michelle was exceptional at getting through the numerous appointments she had all by herself. She was very friendly and efficient. When she drew my blood I was so scared but her confidence eased my anxiety. I barely even felt the stick! She’s awesome and I’m thankful for her making my experience quick and painless even though she was extremely busy, and on her own. Thank you again, Michelle!
Very friendly staff and very professional, I had great experience with my test there.
