⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I literally told Oko, “I LOVE YOU!” when she finished my blood draw—and I meant every single word! I had recently had a very difficult experience getting blood drawn, with multiple people trying and several painful pokes, so I was nervous going in. Oko was absolutely wonderful. The staff here is sooo rude and miserable … not sure how they live by each day like this. Some of them don’t even understand English well which makes the communication much harder. The waiting area is tiny and hot and there’s no water around. To top it off, even though it shows online that this place is qualified to do blood draw for babies, there is no one who had prior experience drawing blood from a baby … I had to sit here with my 17-month for 40 minutes hearing him screaming and crying while getting poked more than 10 t... read more

Fast and good service. I had my 7:30 appt and no wait!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE: This third party facility has been intentionally lying about 1 test result all the time, so i went to Sutter Health for a comparison and my suspicions were correct. Every test result except the one that is the most important aligns with Sutter health results which corroborates the LIE or FALSIFIED TEST RESULTS! This facility is fraudulent and I hold indisputable PROOF
