Waited over an hour each time I visited!
Over an hour wait, 5 people jump in front of someone after that person had been checked in for 10 mins. When you check in before their "appointment times". That person should be seen. The front desk girl was rude and unprofessional, for some people this is their first or second experience its not like drug testing is everyday life for majority of people.
Went in for a pre employment drug screen, was not greeted while I stood at the check in desk. Two workers were at the front desk and both ignored me. One on her phone. I checked in at the kiosk when I finally noticed there was a working one out of the two. They call me up to tell me I can’t have my kids in the building while I test I told them I can leave them in the car with my 16 year old and they refused. Props to Julia. She got multiple vials from my husband who is an impossible stick. The other girl working there was cool too. I didn’t know the girls working the front were also the technicians. They have a lot on their hands. Although nobody enjoys the process, Thanks for a decent experience!
