Wasim was amazing and she made everything painless and easy

I didn't make an appointment. Came in on a Tuesday morning and was able to get right in. Received what I needed and was given directions for what I needed to do. Returned Thursday morning and quite a few people were there thought I might be waiting a long time. I only needed to drop off and let the person at front desk. I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment, that's just how my schedule worked out that day. I received the check-in text, checked in, and was asked to come in within minutes. They had all the Walk-In Lab info already, so no paperwork to fill out. I'd say I was parked there a total of 10 minutes. It could not have gone better. FYI I showed up at 11:45am. There seemed to be a line starting at 12:00pm as I was leaving, so maybe that would have been a bad time for an appt.
