My COVID swab was taken 10 days ago. I still have no results. I had direct exposure to positive people and I work in the Healthcare field. I have been unable to work that entire time and am losing $$ like crazy. All they keep saying when I call is that it's pending. There is no prioritization for healthcare workers with confirmed direct exposure.
awful!!! no results a week later. tests haven't been processed yet
They lost my husband COVID test and wasn’t gone call him. Very pissed. I had to take him to ER to find out.
I have been waiting over a week for covid results. Lots of people have been waiting a lot longer than that. There's no feedback from LabCorp to the testing sites. There is no way to contact them for status. It's a mess and they don't care
continues taking covid 19 specimens even though they don't have the capacity to provide test results in a timely manner
I submitted on site visit (on July 9,2020) concern online for LabCorp at 988 Broadway, Bayonne, NJ 07002 on July 10, 2020. In addition, spoke to Laurin- Ebertl@labcorp.com and sent her email upon request. It’s been few days & there is no response. Can you pl clarify. Thanks.
I waited 2 hours for an 8:00 appointment. Uncalled for. Also, the toilet in the restroom is dirty and there is no paper towel holder - just open paper towels. No evidence that the room that is used to collect samples is sanitized between patients. I looked for a private place to register my concerns, but there are no options.
Why do I have to serve as a liaison between you and my insurance company? Do your phones not dial out rendering you incapable of fixing billing errors? Why does it take 10 phone calls back and forth from my end to communicate between you, the provider and my insurance? I go through this about every 6 months with this company. Absolute incompetence at every level.
