On top of this location being completely incompetent, I decided to try again. Random Tuesday in September and they are closed during their posted open hours. No explanation. I'm done with this location. I'll drive further for service.
Booked an appointment only to be turned away. Appointment scheduling should give the option to specify the time the test will take instead of grouping 1hr-3hr glucose test into one thing. Glucose 1 hr and glucose 3 hr should be their own category so times don’t get confused. I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment and it not line up when I get there.
Ive been getting blood draws for various medical things for over 10yrs and Debora at this Labcorp was by far the best. It was smooth, quick and essentially pain free! Im only coming here for blood work moving forward.
My appointment was for 1030am and I'm still waiting to be called. I am ONLY here for a UA and those 4 large glasses of water are fixing to fill the trash can if they don't hurry. They said they are short and have only 2 techs. Not my problem nor the other 16 people waiting in the lobby. Quest has this location beat by miles!! I'm guessing I will be using them the next time.
