First of all, Im SO grateful Saturday appointments are available. Thank you! I had some last minute bloodwork orders and being able to schedule an appointment on Saturday is most helpful! I also appreciate the mobile check in! My appointment was at 9:45 am. I waited maybe 3 minutes and I was called to the back. Chastity was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. It was quick and painless. No bruising, no I missed the vein. I was out of there quickly. Keep up the good work. Ladies!
The people here are rude and disrespectful go somewhere else, if they dont have enough employees to handle it then they need to hire some. One with kindness for the elderly. I'll never take my mother there again!!!
Taylor did an exceptional job with my blood draw today! The location was especially busy with a long line of patients, but she was still friendly, professional, and efficient. What impressed me most was that she was able to draw my blood successfully on the very first stick. I usually have a difficult time with blood draws because it can be hard to find a good vein, and I often end up being stuck multiple times or having to switch arms. I dropped off a sample a week ago and went in to ask about it because no one ever answers the phone and apparently the person who processes never processed it. So now i have to redo a sample that i should have been had results for. Will not be returning to this location.
