My appointment was for 1030am and I'm still waiting to be called. I am ONLY here for a UA and those 4 large glasses of water are fixing to fill the trash can if they don't hurry. They said they are short and have only 2 techs. Not my problem nor the other 16 people waiting in the lobby. Quest has this location beat by miles!! I'm guessing I will be using them the next time.
I was in and out for my blood draw appointment within 5 minutes. The woman who drew my blood was super smooth, I hardly noticed the needle. Labcorp needs to spend some money to renovate this location though the walls need new paint and carpet is nasty.
45 min wait to drop a lab specimen off as a medical professional is ridiculous. Lab corp needs a better system for medical professional drop offs. This pushed back my entire patient schedule for the day

Crystal the front desk lady should not be seen working for kabcorp because she acts like she don't care. No good customer service from her. She messes with specimens and always on her phone. This is the second time she is doing it. I will report her to NHA or CLIA . Labcorp you all don't want to pay , that is why you hire bad people that taint your company.
