Had the absolute worst experience at labcorp in Davenport. Have already been waiting 4 hours and have not even been called to the front desk to check in. Was never told when we arrived there would be a long wait. I have a sick child who has not eaten and it’s 2:00 pm. Ask how much long the rude lady at the front won’t even tell you anything. Keep your appointments and don't waste my Time
I had an appointment at the Hopewell Rd facility in Downingtown, PA. Twenty minutes after my appointment time when my name was called, they told me they could not access my prescription because their system was down. No one told me upon arrival. No sign was posted. This was horrible customer service.
I am livid about my experience at the Downingtown, PA (Hopewell Rd) lab today. I expected a wait as I did not make an appointment. I read the signs about only 5 people being permitted in the waiting room, not waiting in hallways or lobbies, and needing to go to my car. The system was down (thank God I had a paper script). I signed in on paper and left my cell # at 9:03am. Do not order a home kit for COVID 19. Took a week to get my kit and then fed ex still has not delivered my kit to them and it has been 3 days. Don’t waste your time!

RecommendedLabcorp usually is really good. I have had blood work multiple times by them and never had an issue. I DIDNT have insurance until recently and labcorp accepts my payments and never gave me a hassle...until Thursday Feb 18, 2021. Feb 18, 2021 I went to my pcp, fasted beforehand in prep for lab work. We live near Labcorp offices in The Villages FL. They are open until 3PM. The first time my husband went there, the staff acted "put out" that he showed up immediately after work at 2:30 and THEY WERE CLOSING AT 3!! The second time, different location, my husband got there at 2:40PM, and the woman behind the desk immediately looked at her watch, then at my husband, who said "well, you ARE open til 3PM, as the girl next to her tapped her papers on the desk and got up to start turning lights off. The worst experience I’ve ever had. My lab work hasn’t came in yet and it’s been a week. I’m not able to get clear answers nor is my doctor. I’ve never in my life waited so long for a CBC, BMP and even my STI screening to come back this long. I highly recommend you going some where else and staying clear of this horrible company.
