Horrible!!! I had a 9:15 appt, was 6 minutes late because I couldn't find the place. Tried calling, but got recorder. Called 3 different people to help me. Was taken back at 10:00, and I remarked to the person drawing my blood about the problem..... I got nothing, not even I'm sorry that happened to you. I'm glad I left my house 30 minutes early, or I would still be there.
