I stopped by this facility last week to try to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t get one on line. There was a sign on the window saying ‘Window is broken’. Kind of made me feel like they didn’t want to bother with anyone because when she did open the window, it worked fine. I typically experience a vasovagal response and faint during blood draws, but this was one of the first times I’ve ever had my blood taken without even noticing—and without any fainting at all. I and my husband have never had any issues with Labcorp but we do Always have issues with Quest
Very unprofessional people here. Walk around yelling at each other, bad attitude. Maybe it was just today, but I'm not impressed.
It wasn’t busy at all, I walked in and was able to self pay for two tests online and was brought back very quickly, within 10 minutes.! All the staff was amazing and kind, I brought my two year old daughter with me and they were very patient and attentive to us both.
