Whatever gentleman was at the front desk this morning, 1/31/26 was absolutely disgusting to me. I checked in at 9 am, patiently waited over an hour because I knew I was a walk in. He still called name after name knowing how long I was waiting, not updating me on anything. Such kind ladies in this office! They got me in quick and I did not even have an appointment! Highly recommend this location as opposed to North Port location. I always try North Port location because I live closest to it and end up at Port Charlotte because North Port can’t get me in or is not kind.
This place sucks. I just had to pee in a cup and I’ve had to wait hours while other people that came after me were helped in minutes. When you ask “why?” They say it’s cuz they do drug screening “a little differently”. WTH I suggest peeing in a bottle before you come and wait for this.
Arrived early for my appointment, was greeted by friendly staff, and seen right away by a technician. I left before my appt was even supposed to start! Thanks!
Exception staff help with a difficult situation i had been to 5 labs over 3 days and the gentleman there went above his everyday duty to get my sample submitted thank u
