Terrible service here. Was not even scheduled to work with employee Joann, yet she was talking badly about customers the whole time and acting as if they are a nuisance. She asked me to put my phone away during a screening, to which I obliged, only for her to spend the next five minutes whining to another coworker loudly about the fact I was on my phone at all. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. The front office women arguing with one another. Then them talking about me as I’m sitting right there with my child! Disgraceful as all get out! However, Jeff is amazing. Great with my daughter and has always been wonderful over the years.
Staff is horrible. It’s a social gathering rather than a workplace. Both times I have been for my infant it has been a horrible experience with them not being able to find codes for labs and just the way they speak to you. They giggle and sigh like we the patients are a burden. I won’t be back
The staff of the PC are the best. Never a bad moment when I have my blood work from them. They are always positive and caring.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever! The woman at the front desk has absolutely no interest in dealing with customers. She refuses to open the window for any reason.. if you have to go to LabCorp find another location. Avoid this one at all cost. Read the other comments, they are for the most part, spot on.
