Waited for over an hour. Apparently they are understaffed. Save yourself some aggravation, and go elsewhere. They do electronic check in, and hide behind a wall. They occasionally pop out.
I had an appointment and still wait 55 minutes to be attended. They placed on the list with the walking list but they didn’t prioritize the appointments. They should pass the appointments at the time of the appointment and keep running the walking list or at least interchange both list.
This staff is loud frustrated and not helpful. Do not do the text me when you're ready for me option. You may not be texted. Then when you walk in to see why not you get no answer from the receptionist who is over whelmed. The staff can be heard yelling and complaining and they sure aren't going to care of you're lost in their system and left waiting. I have never been so blessed to have been able to meet such amazing people. They work so hard and I see how they are treated due to wait times but if we all just have patience and the compassion to realize that the people who are working aren’t just there to draw your blood. They are truly helping save lives. Jeff and I wish I got her name, ( but your hug was more than a hug but hope that I will be okay, thank you) but you both made me cry in the car.. it was so nice to be treated with such grace and kindness. Literally no point in making an appointment. I had a confirmed appointment, checked in and waited so long that I had to leave and make another. Just walk in and wait. You’ll have to sit around for the same amount of time anyway.
