If tou make an appointment you get in and out quickly. They were efficient and I was in and out quickly.
I had an appointment for a pre-employment drug screening at 7:15 a.m. and arrived before opening. There was already a line waiting outside, but the employee who opened the doors greeted everyone with a friendly attitude and even had us laughing first thing in the morning. After checking in, there was some confusion with the scheduling system, which apparently had multiple appointments booked at the same time.
