No results from my test, inspite of 6 days so far. No response from an online Patient Inquiry request to Labcorp or phone call to this office. Not cool!
This place was wonderful for me. I don't understand the negative reviews. Came in at 9AM on a Friday, spent a few minutes with the well thought out automated registration system. There were 5 people in the waiting area. Came up to a smiling, knowledgeable receptionist. Was out in 10 minutes total. Got a text on the way out confirming my information was successfully in the Labcorp system. Honestly, this operation is great! I can't think of anything that should be changed or wasn't optimal for my visit.
Would highly encourage everyone who is able to steer clear of this facility. Seriously, RUN!! Go anywhere else. It was so easy to shop for/buy the test I wanted online. That is all that was smooth or easy. Tried 8 facilities to get my test accomplished. Refused everywhere until finally gal at PC listened to time sensitivity of test and agreed to work me in.
