Was a walk-in, one of the first people to arrive. I stopped waiting after 3 hours. Unfortunately there was only one staff member doing both the paperwork/check-in and the lab work. I felt so bad for her. That is not okay! Please do better about staffing your offices!!!
I would give less than one star if I could . I had a 9am appointment and when I arrived there were 7 people already in the waiting area. And no one at the front desk to answer any questions. This is unacceptable. Hire more staff to meet the need . We all have appointments so they know approximately how many people they need to serve . Go to Quest !
