Staff is rude.
It was really slow and I think it’s because the lady up front checks you in and also takes you back so she has a lot on her plate. I was waiting about 1 hr for 6 ppl in front of me. Two people got to go before me because they had an appt.
So freaking slow. Be prepared to wait a long time and the lady in the front takes her sweet ass time ughhh #sopissed
People come here for urine analysis and it should be taken seriously. The nurse made me wait even though I was the only patient so that she could communicate with a friend that stop by during her lunch break. The conversation was loud and obnoxious almost as if to show me that this was more important. Finally lost concerning once I was finally sinking the nurse said that I was able to leave fire to ceiling my urine sample.
