Zero respect for our time.
I have been going to this labcorp in Upland for yrs. Angie is my favorite. She is so nice, friendly and makes getting blood taken very easy. I would go to her every time if I could.
This is by far the best Labcorp I’ve been to. I made an apt and was seen at my apt time even though they were insanely busy. The front desk girls were so sweet and kind and keep that place running smoothly. Janet was my tech and was attentive and caring. I let her know I had fainted in the past while doing blood work and she moved me to a recliner and keep a good convo going while she drew blood. It was over before I knew it. We need more places like this that spread kindness in the midst of busyness.
Second time coming here and it's always been pleasant! Very fast & professional. Had an appointment for 1:45 they saw me 10mins after. They took some blood test asked a few questions and was out in 15 minutes. I overheard someone check in without an appointment and the gentleman in the front said it would be a 45 minute wait. For those wondering!
The female receptionist at the front desk is the rudest person I have ever seen. The receptionist said mean things to the patients, was rude and unhelpful, and had a bad attitude. Excellent customer service and friendly attitude are terrible, and they are not reflected in her at all. And here I want to give JANET PST 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars, because when I met her, I found the problem now, and she helped me solve the problem, and calmed my emotions.
