Don't know the higher authority or management going to see or not please try to look after this matter seriously today 14th November like about 3:22pm me with my two kids get into labcorp in this location and then the receptionist told us to check in as soon as possible and within a moment in tv screen there were two of my kids name and suddenly the receptionist told us they're full they can't take anymore I told her there's the name on the screen so we can wait she just removes the name from the screen and give a address to... read more
Jackie (receptionist and nurse) was very kind and understanding for a late walk in. They closed at 4pm but managed to help me fax my paperwork and complete my lab work when I arrived at 3:40. They are a great and friendly team. Will come back again for later lab work
Very Unprofessional Lady in Front Desk, parking sucks! Been in the facility for one hour looking for parking then we got the labcorp and told that they can’t accept us! Should not said that they are open until 4pm if they are not going to entertain walk ins! The WORST HORRIBLE PLACE ever to go!! Such a waste of time and effort! Rude front desk! Very INCONSIDERATE!!! Booo. HORRIBLE!
This facility outperforms and outshines all the other labcorps in the area. They let you leave during wait times and notify with a text and a call. The screener for my test was Janet and she was extremely professional. Overall great experience compared to the rancho facility.
Had such a great experience ! Nancy in the front was amazing and super helpful she answered all my questions! ☺️ Also Jacky was great I brought my 5 year old to get lab work done and she did so good with her and made my daughter feel comfortable! Thank you for being so great to us ☺️
