I have called over 10 times and they never answer there phone. It will only let me leave a review if I at least give one star but honestly if I could I would leave 0 srarz. Its a bit confusing and I don't know why they have an option to call if they don't plan on answering the phone ever. Not a fan so far, hopefully they make up for it.
I do not recommend LabCorp. We arrived at 7:40 AM on 3/3/2025 and waited until 11;00 AM but were unable to get the blood work done for my mom.The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and the supervisor was also unprofessional. Additionally, the new online registration system didn't work properly. I scheduled my mom appointment for 8:50, which was convenient for us. I'm. 90 years old and have difficulty with the check in terminal. They always allow me to go directly to the check in window.
Nice
One RUDE receptionist can ruin the whole bunch and that's what you have here. Someone with an attitude problem who clearly hates her job.
