Tech that took my wife's blood was not professional in the way she was treated. Very dismissive causing her pain and discomfort. Find another field if you have no compassion.
The tourniquet is NOT suppose to be left on during the entire blood draw. When I questioned the tech about it, she said "are you okay?". I've never had this happen before to me and surprised this even occurred. Please make sure this is not a normal occurrence because it's not suppose to happen.
Slow , not enough chairs in waiting room, there are 7 people standing. Several have been here for over an hour.
The staff are so kind and efficient!
