I do like Labcorp in Anaheim Hills. There are staffs very polite and courteous. I went to lab today early morning in June12 ,2025. It’s by coincidence a gentle and considerate Melanie she draw blood for me many times. She remember me that my blood vessels are very thin. She took the thinnest needle for me. I am happy every time she serves me.
Crowded. Zero privacy. Abrupt staff. Not recommended.
Went for my lab work 4/2/25 Melody was so sweet kind made me feel comfortable and did an amazing blood draw. I usually bruise bad after but there is no bruises. Great job Melody and also to all staff They make you feel so welcome and they were all so nica and friendly. Thank you! I was a 630am walk in no appointment I love this Anaheim Hills Labcorp
What a nice & friendly staff they have here at this Anaheim Hills location! I didn't have an appointment & hate going to get bloodwork done period so I was not looking forward to it. When I came in Raleigh assisted me (I was a walk in), he was SO nice & courteous, I waited no longer than 10 minutes, super quick for a walk in! When I told phlebotomist I was scared of needles she was SO kind & made me feel at ease, AND it didn’t hurt at ALL, I wish I asked for her name so I could properly give her accolades, thank you so much ... read more
Went this morning as a walk in. The waiting room was full but I didn’t wait nearly as long as I expected. The digital check in process was super easy. There were 3 staff members. I only interacted with two but saw the other interacting with others and they were all very friendly. One helped me confirm my lab orders were there and still valid, she was nice and professional. Breanna was my phlebotomist- she listened to my concerns (I don’t like having my blood drawn) and was very reassuring. She did a great job.
