Unprofessional, rude and their hours are ridiculous. Monday-Friday 9:30am-1pm, for a drug screen, with a half hour break from 11-11:30. So you have a three hour window, and the receptionist just straight out laughs you out of the office otherwise
My Dr uses LabCorp in her office. My husband and I both went in same day, same time....he got his results back but I never received them. 2 email attempts and 1 call and nothing resolved yet. I sure hope after her year contract is up she dumps them again.
