labcorp is not doing anything to protect their patients. There were five people in the waiting room when i arrived for my glucose tolerance test. there were no precautions for social distancing taken. they were not taking temps or screening patients. i was put in a waiting room with another pregnant woman that was so small it was impossible to be 6 feet away. i couldnt even leave as i had already drank the glucose solution.

I do not recommend labcorp on Galloway rd in Bensalem PA. The technician there did not use the butterfly needle inspite of me repeatedly telling them, long story short, he stuck the regular needle so hard that i felt a severe electric shock in my wrist and it’s almost damaged the vein looks like.. please insist on butterfly needle if you know you need it or walk away..

After waiting an hour in a packed waiting room I was called to the front desk and was asked for ID , insurance and script.... I explained my script was sent electronically and was told..."Sorry but our computers are down and we can't pull up the script!!!" WHAT THE HELL???? I get up early on a Saturday to take my kid for blood work and wait an hour to be sent away!!! NO NOTE ON THE DOOR! AFTER WAITING AN HOUR ............. I WAS TOLD I OWE FOR PREVIOUS TEST ......... BECAUSE THE USED A MEDICAL PLAN I HAVEN'T BEEN ON FOR 6 YEARS AND WAS DECLINED ............ I CALLED AND GAVE THEM THE CORRECT INFO A MONTH AGO ............. UP SIDE IS I FOUND AN OTHER LAB .......... NO WAITING ............ AND AFTER THE WAY I WAS TREATED ....... YOU CAN FIGURE OUT WHO TO BILL ............. IM DONE WITH LABCORP ............
For me I haven't waited long. Always in and out. Nice ladies that work there.
