Sadly, I do not expect LabCorp to respond to this, but I hope they do. The question posed in the comment area was basically How can Labcorp improve? Horrible and you can't even pist
If I could rate negative number I would. I went they drew blood and looked on the app it said results sent to the doctor. About 2 weeks later doctor called and said they didn't send results looked on the app said poor sample but no one contacted me about. I went back had it drawn again 2 weeks later doctor called said no results. I had to download load results from app and email them to the doctor myself. By FAR..... the worst company I have EVER worked for. only reason I stay is because of flexibility in my work schedule. When they need something from you (the employee) they are fast to respond. When it's the other way around, you can't even get a live person on the phone. They don't even respond to emails. They make promises of paid bonuses and mileage, then they don't pay you when it comes time to paychecks. Fixing an issue is like pulling teeth! These people have no clue how to read orders causing patients to be unable to get meds they need. Some medications depend on lab values. When the lab doesn't know how to read the order and draws the labs incorrectly, you make it so the patient can't get their medications. Super incompetent lab. First they loose the standing order for monthly draws, now this. Thanks to your employees who can't read orders my husband can't get his meds.
One of your techs obviously didn’t want to work today. Tech was having a very animated conversation with another employee who was standing in the hallway. Obviously she wasn’t paying attention. Since when do you draw from the lower part of the arm tearing the top layer of skin? She turned to the other employee and said I can’t do this today and walked out of the room and never said a word to me. By the time the other employee put gloves on my arm was already bruised. So I have bruises on both arms. What a wack job
Went to 7400 Fannin Houston location. Tech was polite, fast and accurate. I'm a difficult stick and she performed her job perfectly.
