I would give it a negative score if I could! Woman at the front desk, had attitude like she couldn’t be bothered, when I asked that my appointment didn’t show up at the kiosk. I said what should I do? She said I’m busy helping other people. Helped one person then ran off, wouldn’t look at me while she was stocking supplies. Waited 20 minutes, the coworker called me up and said what are you here for. I said labs, she said we don’t have any orders for you. I said what! I went online to book an appointment. The website said appointments at 3300 Webster St. were available. I was there at my appointment time. The lab was permanently closed. others were also there for appointments. why cant they update their website?

Samuel was the best technician! I have tiny veins that are difficult to access and will stop flowing. He was able to get SIX TUBES OF BLOOD today!! No bruises blood. Wowza!!

I can’t say enough good things about my visit to Labcorp on 30th Street in Oakland. I was there in line at 7:30 when the doors opened. There was an immediate problem with the check in equipment and immediately one of the phlebotomist stepped forward and helped the first few people check in to keep the early arrivées checked and the line moving smoothly. All the staff was remarkably cheerful, friendly and efficient despite the early setback. Particular kudos to Patricia for her gracious, understanding, not to mention efficien... read more
