I went online to book an appointment. The website said appointments at 3300 Webster St. were available. I was there at my appointment time. The lab was permanently closed. others were also there for appointments. why cant they update their website?

Samuel was the best technician! I have tiny veins that are difficult to access and will stop flowing. He was able to get SIX TUBES OF BLOOD today!! No bruises blood. Wowza!!
I can’t say enough good things about my visit to Labcorp on 30th Street in Oakland. I was there in line at 7:30 when the doors opened. There was an immediate problem with the check in equipment and immediately one of the phlebotomist stepped forward and helped the first few people check in to keep the early arrivées checked and the line moving smoothly. I paid for tests through a third party and just had to stop by this location to get blood drawn. I was worried based on all the bad reviews, but my experience was pretty quick and easy, and everyone I engaged with was polite and efficient.
