Did not use appropriate PPE...Palpated my open wound without gloves. Could not draw my blood, requested a second person who refused to try.
Pro tip: make an apt and check in via your mobile phone. If you use the kiosk and have an apt but the info is input slightly different the system doesn’t realize you have an apt and puts you down as a walk-in. So confirm you’ve arrived via the labcorp patient portal on your phone. The staff are efficient and work as fast as possible to get you seen while also carefully checking everything over. Would give a negative if I could. Maria Martinez was absolutely disgustingly rude and refused to check me in because I had my 1 week expired enhanced ID attached to my temporary ID from the DMV even tho 2 other labcorps were able to take it no problem. She was rude from the start of me walking in super bubbly to me walking out disgusted. She did not want to provide me with any help and failed to tell me that even my work ID could have been used but prolonged my job promotion ( I now got the promotion but a week later ) she w... read more
What a disorganized mess, they open at 7:30am. However no, their staff shows up at 7:30, then you get to wait while they set up. You check in but nope that does not matter, because apparently there are other forces at work. I was second to sign in, but they are just grabbing people that showed up after me, with no explanation. The last time I came here I left because they were rude and then just disappeared for 30 mins. If you are a provider I would implore you find another lab testing company. Maybe a great business idea.
I don’t understand the negative reviews of this business unless they had a turnover of employee(s) recently. I had a great experience today! Making an appointment and checking in were seamless and I was seen quickly. The blood draw went great. The clinician was awesome at drawing my blood.
