What a disorganized mess, they open at 7:30am. However no, their staff shows up at 7:30, then you get to wait while they set up. You check in but nope that does not matter, because apparently there are other forces at work. I was second to sign in, but they are just grabbing people that showed up after me, with no explanation. The last time I came here I left because they were rude and then just disappeared for 30 mins. If you are a provider I would implore you find another lab testing company. Maybe a great business idea.
I don’t understand the negative reviews of this business unless they had a turnover of employee(s) recently. I had a great experience today! Making an appointment and checking in were seamless and I was seen quickly. The blood draw went great. The clinician was awesome at drawing my blood.
Horrible I just came for a pre employment urine test and the staff were so rude I asked to have alcohol placed on my test site and she said I already did it are you not all there? Absolutely insane all of them should get fired
I've used this lab 3 times now. I came here last year for some routine bloodwork that my primary care provider wanted me to have done in addition to food allergy testing. I had the routine blood work done. I was still waiting for the results of the food allergy blood panel when I reached out to my PCP's office per my mom's suggestion. Sharing my experience at the Labcorp location on Oswego Rd in Liverpool, NY to help other patients understand billing practices. At check-in, I was presented with an estimated cost before my insurance was billed and asked about payment. I requested that my insurance be billed first and declined any upfront payment.
