My technician called me in late from my 'wait where you're comfortable position' for my 8:30 am appointment. It is now 8:55 am and I have been in the waiting area since. I wad greeted by an extremely rude associate who has yawned exaggeratedly no less than 5 times. The other associate was very kind and knowledgeable.
Never had to make appointment for blood draw anywhere! Check in by computer Noone on desk & only 1 person there to draw blood. I have gone many other places that have 1 worker & never had it take so long 3 people left while waiting. I followed after 15 minutes!! Total waste of time 1 hour!!!! No reason for it to take 20 minutes to draw blood. Someone needs to correct this. The tech was also not pleasant!! Definitely do not recommend
I arrived at 7:30am and no one is here.
Starting with I have anxiety when it comes to getting my blood drawn. Past experience here was awesome, so I returned. I asked for the person I had last time, she was not there, so I asked if this person was experienced with hard to draw people and she shut the door and walked away. She would not even come back when I ask when the other person would return. So I left and did not get my blood drawn. Where is the compassion & patience in Healthcare today.
Drove from Mannsville to the Liverpool office, corner of Soule rd and rt 57. Got there at 3:15, closed, locked. Really needed this blood work today. I see why reviews are so bad for this place.
