They cancelled an appointment at 1am the day of. Disappointing.
My technician called me in late from my 'wait where you're comfortable position' for my 8:30 am appointment. It is now 8:55 am and I have been in the waiting area since. I was greeted by an extremely rude associate who has yawned exaggeratedly no less than 5 times. The other associate was very kind and knowledgeable.

Never had to make appointment for blood draw anywhere! Check in by computer Noone on desk & only 1 person there to draw blood. I have gone many other places that have 1 worker & never had it take so long 3 people left while waiting. I followed after 15 minutes!! Total waste of time 1 hour!!!! No reason for it to take 20 minutes to draw blood. Someone needs to correct this. The tech was also not pleasant!! Definitely do not recommend
I arrived at 7:30am and no one is here.
