3rd time coming here and Stephanie L. was fantastic. She was kind courteous and thorough. I asked her to double check to make sure the all of the tests the doctor put in were correct and she did. I really appreciated her. Reason it isn't 5 stars is the last time I came her the phlebotomist was very rough and it was very painful. Also the check-in station didn't work and was a huge pain. The check-in station closest to the desk should be replaced.

Had To Take a drug test for the medication that my doctor prescribed for the last 3 years. Attempted to talk to the young lady working the front desk with negative results. She told me to sign in with the computers to my left. I signed in and approximately 2 hours later, the young lady called me up to tell me that they no longer do drug testing for medications. If she would’ve talked to me for 1 second I could’ve saved 2 hours of my day

Long wait times with an appointment. I have now been here twice with approx 30-60 minutes wait times. The staff will inform you they are short staffed. Would benefit from hiring more phlebotomists.

Tiny waiting room, rude receptionists. I went to the front desk, told them I have an appt and was told there were a few appts ahead of me. No problem. One minute later, the same receptionist asks what my name is and says she already called me. Ummmmm. Note that this is not my first experience here. They are consistently poor at scheduling appt patients vs walk-ins. They lump all together. Even with an appt you may wait over an hour past your appt time if you don’t speak up.
