Was told by my doc that I could just walk in, no appointment needed. After going through the automated check-in process at the facility which includes scanning your driver's license, scanning your insurance card, entering all your information, the computer tells me it will be 2 and 1/2 hours before I can be seen. Then it asks if I would prefer to schedule an appointment for another time, so I decide to do that, but the next available appointment is a week and a half out, and at 3:30 p.m. (I'm supposed to fast). This location is the worst lab I have ever been to from Labcorp. I wasted my time!!
Unreasonable wait time
This place is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no system In place. They accept walk in’s but make them sit for hours and keep accepting other people. I sat for hours and watched people come in after me get their blood work done and leave. Worst lab experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for an update 3 times and they kept adding more people ahead of me each time. 2 hours later, I asked for an update again and they said “oh I’ll check you in now”.
