Unreasonable wait time
This place is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no system In place. They accept walk in’s but make them sit for hours and keep accepting other people. I sat for hours and watched people come in after me get their blood work done and leave. Worst lab experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for an update 3 times and they kept adding more people ahead of me each time. 2 hours later, I asked for an update again and they said “oh I’ll check you in now”.

Unreasonable wait time
This place is really ridiculous. The portal said waiting time of 5 hours. The person said don’t mind it is 15-20 minutes. And no one actually cares or knows what time it will be done. I am diabetic and sat there more than 3 hours. All they are doing is taking blood and urine sample mostly. After taking medication and without food which is really not recommended and I was light headed in the process. If someone told me that this long wait is there I would have gone home.
