As others have noted, this office has long wait times for both walk-ins and appointments. The waiting room is quite small, after I signed in on the kiosk I sat in the lobby of the building by the elevator for a while. If you do this, ask the receptionist for an estimated wait time so you know when to check back in with her to avoid being skipped over. The time needed to get through the line keeps going up, because they keep closing locations. Showed up 15 min before they opened and haven't been seen
All services and employees are good. But waiting lobby is very small. When you talk all your private information easily understandable when you talk. There are queues you need to wait by standing outside. They need to change location
This place is horrible. You can’t get appointments. The average wait time to even see the one person at the desk is 30 minutes. With the Danville and BlackHawk offices closed, this area is really out of luck.
I made an appointment for 1pm and they completely skipped over me on the check-in sheet. Only when I went up at 1:30pm, did they realize I had an appointment. Why even bother to make an appointment? I have no idea. Clearly I have nothing better to do than to sit around and wait at LapCorp.
