Everyone here is friendly and caring.
I recently had a great experience at this Labcorp location. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. The office was organized, and patients were treated with kindness and respect. The woman who drew my blood was Kiara she was so sweet and kind and very gentle!!
Was told by my doc that I could just walk in, no appointment needed. After going through the automated check-in process at the facility which includes scanning your driver's license, scanning your insurance card, entering all your information, the computer tells me it will be 2 and 1/2 hours before I can be seen. Then it asks if I would prefer to schedule an appointment for another time, so I decide to do that, but the next available appointment is a week and a half out, and at 3:30 p.m. (I'm supposed to fast). This location is the worst lab I have ever been to from Labcorp. I wasted my time!!
