2 hour wait for a 5 min blood draw. Ridiculous. I will never go back to this place.
I had to come in for blood work and other tests from two different doctors, and I was a bit nervous because a different location had made a mistake in the past. I asked multiple times to be sure the orders were set up for both doctors, and Tessa was wonderfully patient — answering me each time without the slightest hint of frustration, and making sure I felt confident everything would be done correctly. As others have noted, this office has long wait times for both walk-ins and appointments. The waiting room is quite small, after I signed in on the kiosk I sat in the lobby of the building by the elevator for a while. If you do this, ask the receptionist for an estimated wait time so you know when to check back in with her to avoid being skipped over. The time needed to get through the line keeps going up, because they keep closing locations. Showed up 15 min before they opened and haven't been seen
