Had labs drawn on 8/20/2026. Tasha was my technician. She was wonderful. I had to have 12 Viles of blood drawn. Couldn't feel the needle. Spent the time talking about Grits and Jambalaya. Really enjoyed spending time with her. Was a very positive experience.

I never thought I would leave a blood draw smiling, but I did, thanks to Tasha! Tasha is super kind and professional and knows her stuff! I did not feel her poke me and, all of a sudden, it was all done! Amazing! Thank you, Tasha! The whole experience was great!

Making an appointment is pointless. Arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment to a full waiting room with no chairs available. Waited almost an hour before being called back, then waited some more. Front desk staff is so rude.

Had a great experience here. I checked in via kiosk for my appointment, was in and out within 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and honored my request for a butterfly needle. She got me on first try, which historically has been difficult for some nurses! I was very grateful for the quick and painless experience.

Terrible service. The front desk staff have a horrible attitude. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but they told me I won’t be seen until 10:00 AM or even later. When I asked about the delay, they were very rude and responded with an unprofessional attitude.
