If I could give zero stars I would . I spent over 2 and half hours just trying to get my blood drawn. Unprofessional and slow. I will never return.

I had read poor reviews but did not have a negative experience. I made an appointment online and arrived ten minutes prior to the appointment. I checked in at the kiosk and opted to be notified via text when I was ready to be seen. Only waited about 10 minutes while walk-ins were waiting much longer. Staff were very helpful. The tech that did the blood draw was very friendly and did a great job. Completely above what I expected from reading negative reviews.

This location is VERY busy, that being said they also have a small staff… but they allow appointments!! Most people walk-in which means unless you have an appointment you’ll be waiting. The staff are incredibly patient and kind considering the attitude and complaints given by those who chose to walk in. I sat in for over an hour to do a glucose test and witnessed a handful of people take out their impatience and frustration with their insurance or provider on the staff… while the staff remained calm and collected. this location is awful! Started with a very rude receptionist then the phlebotomist proceeded to draw labs on me for a different patient. She did not verify my name or birthdate. she said “whoops sorry about that.” Horrible experience. The staff at this location needs a little more training In basic patient care.
