After attempting to visit the other LabCorp on Woodman in the hospital area, a real nightmare, this one was three stars better, I gave the other location 1 star. This location was tricky to locate, but once I found it, I walked into find only 7 people ahead of me, vs 1 1/2 hour wait at the other location with angry people waiting. Once inside this smaller location, I had to submit my documents into the robot, no more person to person contact. Horribly disorganized. I will not be visiting again. I had an appointment which they ignored. Took 30 minutes to get my blood drawn. This never happens at Quest.
Terrible customer service at the front desk. Bad attitudes and overall unprofessional way of speaking to people. It’s my first time here but hopefully I will not have to come back.
I checked in for blood lab work and asked the front desk Naz (not sure if that’s the spelling as she didn’t have a name tag) to use the restroom, she rudely said someone’s going to be using it for a test. Ok I had a seat and waited, asked again after 10mins received a rude response again. I was waiting 20 mins for my appointment when an older lady came in and said she didn’t know how to use the machine to check in. Naz responded very rudely to her I’ll get your ID later sit down.
