If I could put zero stars I would. I didn't even get there but the lady on the phone was very rude and unknowledgable of her job. Get new staff.
Slow.......place sucks big time. Only two people working! They need more help and a serious upgrade in staff.!!!
Went for routine bloodwork on Friday around 2PM. Waiting room was packed. We sat there for two hours and only two people came out the entire time we were there! Many people got frustrated and just left. It seems they don't have enough help at this location???
Went here to get blood drawn. I informed the technician that I was having surgery on my left arm later that same day and she still drew from that arm and then carelessly blew out my vein when removing the needle. A week has gone by since and it still is sore and I have a 3" x 6" bruise around the site. AVOID THIS PLACE!
