1. If you do not have another reason to go to St. Mary's, where this lab is located, find another location! A new building is being constructed, and I (along with at least ten other cars) spent 30 minutes circling around trying to figure out where to park. 2. The lab is in Suite 303 NORTH. This is not on the lab confirmation message. After parking, I ended up at Suite 303 South and was handed printed directions to Suite 303 North. ms. angie was very kind and efficient! just a note— parking at the hospital isn’t great and there’s construction everywhere. LabCorp is located on the 3rd floor of the hospital btw :)
Had an appointment at 8am but with construction all over the site couldn’t find anywhere to park. Called the office a handful times to find out where to park but no one was on the phones??? Wish more doctor offices in house lab so we can avoid scenarios like this
The Bremo Road location staff have served my lab needs for years as well as a few other locations. The staff work hard to serve the needs of those seeking services in a professional manner even when the demand for services are challenging at times.
