Do not use this location. They mishandled my sample and the results were inconclusive, costing me a week of time, and now I have to get my blood drawn again.

I scheduled an appointment at 9am. They called me at 8:40 the same day, saying their office will be 2hrs delay due to the weather and will reopen at 9:30. I told her I was already at the parking lot and i have to go to work at 10am. I was told it s OK to come in, and I will be the 1st person they see. It was a lie. It's in the North Medical Office Building, floor 3, room 301. (Entrance just to the left of the main hospital entrance from the parking deck) Update 01/16/25 - Still a great place. Was which and painless. There were ~8 other patients ahead of me when I arrived, and was still in and out within 45 minutes. Wow, was not expecting it to be that painless of a process! This location is inside the hospital but the staff was thorough and friendly. I made an appointment which is definitely the way to go. It will cut your wait time down tremendously. The phlebotomist was amazing and friendly.
