Had an appointment at 8am but with construction all over the site couldn’t find anywhere to park. Called the office a handful times to find out where to park but no one was on the phones??? Wish more doctor offices in house lab so we can avoid scenarios like this
The Bremo Road location staff have served my lab needs for years as well as a few other locations. The staff work hard to serve the needs of those seeking services in a professional manner even when the demand for services are challenging at times. Angie is AMAZING! I had to call because I got lost, the hospital is undergoing construction. She was kind and patient on the phone, she gave clear directions, she was so sweet in person, apologizinf profusely for the horrible experience I had at the last labcorp and the blood draw was quick and painless. Altogether I spent a total of maybe 15 minutes from the time I entered the building to leaving. I hate needles, and I hate doing blood work. My veins are kinda hard to see, and can only be assessed in my knuckles which is quite painful. The lady doing my blood work this time was rather sweet, and accurate, only sticking me once, with the least pain I've ever experienced. Angie is quite skilled with a needle.
Good experience here. Had an appointment for 11:00 AM. Arrived early and the check-in kiosk asked if I wanted to move my appointment time to 10:45, so I clicked yes. There were only a couple other people there. Charles (believe that is his name) was friendly while checking me in and ended up being the one to draw my blood. I have not-so-great veins in general but Charles was able to hit the vein on the first try. Friendly chit chat during the whole thing and I was there maybe 15 minutes in total.
