Used to be able to walk in and get blood tests quickly. Came in at 9:30am, the "express" check in said I had to make an appointment. Made one for 11:45am, came back at 11:40. Now 12:05am, no one has even acknowledged my existence. Do NOT call this "express", shorter wait times at the orthopedic surgeons office. I will not be coming back. I have seen free clinics nicer and more attentive than this.
2 hour wait before I could be seen for labs!!!! And that’s with an appointment!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANDREA AND THIS LOCATION FOR ANYONE WITH VASOVAGAL ISSUES OR FOR KIDS WITH ANXIETY ABOUT BLOOD DRAWS!!!!! My past experiences at Labcorp have no been positive; I have severe vasovagal issues, and until today, I never visited a Labcorp with a reclining chair, or with kind, compassionate phlebotomists. However, today I saw Andrea, and she's one of my new favorite people. My doctor sent my paperwork electronically to Labcorp and when I got here the lady at the desk said it wasn't there to call them and tell them to fax them. I did and my doctor office said it showed it was already electronically in for them and the fax went through while I was on the phone with them. This secretary stated no it wasn't. I have been waiting for over 1-1/2hr.
