This has got to be the fastest LabCorp (or any lab draw facility) I have been to. Extremely efficient and friendly. When we arrived there were several people waiting so I was anticipating a long wait. Nope. 5 minutes later we were in and out!
COVID era 6-chair [only] arrangement. Must also STAND in line at Kiosk for lengthy check in, even if u r in system. No accommodation for handicapped.
Labcorp’s customer service is subpar. While I generally treat others with the respect I expect to receive, the Labcorp representative at this location displayed a marked lack of professionalism and courtesy. Her demeanor was consistently rude and unpleasant, seemingly motivated by a personal vendetta. Notably, the representative, an older black woman with gray hair, was not wearing a name tag.
I have been getting blood worn done every three months for the past four years at the Rea rd. location. The experience has been great . I decided to come to this location as it was close to my job and I was able to come during my break. I fasted and showed up for bloodwork that was prepaid for through my doctor. When I arrive they tell me I have an outstanding balance from almost 5 years ago for $32.
