Labcorp’s customer service is subpar. While I generally treat others with the respect I expect to receive, the Labcorp representative at this location displayed a marked lack of professionalism and courtesy. Her demeanor was consistently rude and unpleasant, seemingly motivated by a personal vendetta. Notably, the representative, an older black woman with gray hair, was not wearing a name tag.

I have been getting blood worn done every three months for the past four years at the Rea rd. location. The experience has been great . I decided to come to this location as it was close to my job and I was able to come during my break. I fasted and showed up for bloodwork that was prepaid for through my doctor. When I arrive they tell me I have an outstanding balance from almost 5 years ago for $32. Great experience. Even though there were 5 or so people in front of me, the wait was not too long, check-in was easy, and the phlebotomist was very professional and friendly.
