Facility was clean with plenty of seating. Check in process was quick and a receptionist was close by to answer questions. The wait time was minimal...they actually took me in early! The lady in the back with braids was amazing. She was polite, friendly, and exhibited great phlebotomy skills--didn't even feel the needle go in! She could have probably done the job with her eyes shut.
the absolute worst . The phlebotomist was mean and impatient. Her words were rude and she left me a non Dr alone where blood was everywhere. This place needed to have a pair of Phlebotomist in case of emergencies. Luckily we did not need yall because the Lab Corp on WT Harris cared for my daughter with ease . I didn't respond to the email rating because I didnt want you guys to get the 10 rate that belongs to WT HARRIS location.
If you plan to get blood drawn, get there before 430pm. They will not draw blood after 430pm, even though the website says open till 5pm.
Everyone knows labcorp sucks but this location is the worst one I've been to. Go anywhere else. Almost got blood drawn for some random person named Joey. Wanted to charge $150 for a blood draw that my urologist ordered and should have already been paid for. Didn't verify any of my information. Waited an excessive amount of time when I was the only one there! WTAF!?
