Pointless to make an appointment, came in 15 minutes before my appointment time and was waiting for 45 minutes, so i asked if my appointment would make a difference and i was told theyre not using those because there’s only two people working and there was still 2 people in front of me, then maybe update your system to not take appointments when its not available.

I do bloodwork regularly and Kathy has been the one, pretty much the only 1 there, drawing my blood every time. She's great, very nice and helpful with a smile on her face! The staffing however is super lacking. Like I said she's always the only 1 there, checking everyone in, drawing blood and whatever else needs done.

Came in for a 9:15am appointment on Saturday morning. Was seen promptly at my appointment time, the staff was extremely polite and professional. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Staff was rude. The waiting room was overcrowded and reeked of cologne. With nowhere to sit I was told I could not wait in the hall where the air conditioning actually worked. They did not take into account the health concerns shared.

Went in to get a pre employment drug test and they were understaffed. They women at the desk was so very rude and nasty. Waited over an hour before realizing that appointment is more in my favor. They would pass all walk-ins and do only appointments. They need a better strategy, in fact they need retraining in customer care.
