I have been going to Labcorp for over two years to get blood work done for my doctor. Today I met Cathy and Tuesday. I have to say today was the best experience I have ever had! They took their time with me and saved me a whole lot of money. I am so grateful to those ladies especially since I am laid off of work right now. Their knowledge, listening skills, and showing compassion to their patients is outstanding! I wished others would follow their lead in customer satisfaction. Thank you ladies! I so appreciate you!
Thought I had a good experience here, but turns out it was the opposite. Went in for some blood work to give to my dermatologist and I go to my appointment at my dermatologist office and it turns out that lapcorp didn’t follow the instructions on the lab request and didn’t test me for what they were supposed to. Very unsettling knowing that someone in this line of work isn’t doing what the doctors orders are.
I recently got a drug test here and a lot of the reviews talk about the staff but the women that worked the day I went were all extremely nice. The wait was kinda long but I also didn’t have any appointment. The ONLY thing I thought was a little off was the woman I gave my sample to didn’t use gloves when putting it into the tubes 😂 obviously this doesn’t directly affect me but it was a little weird. I wouldn’t want to touch someone’s pee cup without gloves. Overall the experience was nice tho. I’ll continue to come here
Been waiting forty minutes for a drug screen. Hippa don’t exist here because the staff are yelling back and forth. Might try one more time since they are close but I’ll probably drive the extra to the north end location. This feels like I shouldn’t trust it because why is everything so sloppy?!
It was a good experience. The phlebotomist was very easy going and made me feel comfortable.
