I had went to two prior labcorps for an employee drug screen, it wasn’t until the second location I was told which labcorps do drug screens. I arrived at THIS location right after 3, and turns out labcorp drug screen hours had changed recently. I nicely explained my frustration , but that I would be back. The lab technician was super kind and said she would do a courtesy test for me even though they close at 3. I really appreciate Sheila’s kindness and empathy. Thanks again!
Location no longer a Lab corp....but it is a walk in lab clinic for Bon Secours!! SCORED!!
I just visited this location and there was a closing notice posted on the door that this office has been closed since July 2023, try other nearest offices.
No one wants to get blood work, why be a technician and make it an awful experience? My 4th time getting blood work here and it’s apparent none of them like their jobs. I walk out crying every time. This time the technician/receptionist was rude, condescending, and extremely insensitive. Speedy service but is it worth it when you feel like a dummy when you spend time with these technicians?
