The customer service is horrible
Rude person I went to sign in and she slams stuff around and says you got your paper had insurance info and all on it for her and she’s a attitude told me it wasn’t acceptable and I needed to leave with a hateful attitude I tried to explain to her it was on the paper she said she wasn’t gonna take that so I guess she didn’t want to do her job cause she got a attitude from the beginning so when she was slamming stuff around and threw my paper back at me i wanted to say some words but I just walked off stay away and go somewhe... read more
Thank you to the Labcorp employee who took my blood sample yesterday. My doctor’s office had not yet released my blood test order when I arrived at this Labcorp office. This employee takes my blood about once every four weeks. Because she recognized me from many months of visits, she went ahead and collected my blood sample and made me promise to call my doctor to release his order.
