This location doesn’t honor their door hours. Left work and arrived 5 minutes before closing time and the door was locked, I do not recommend this particular location!! If closing hour is 3 o’clock that means 3 o’clock not 2:55 and god knows how long the door was locked before I arrived...
LabCorp is a gross facility it took the lady 5 times to penetrate my arm for a vein to draw blood, rude staff, and to top it off they put my bill for the insurance company wrong for $463.46 that was rejected this company can’t even bill right, and they took my $63.94 out for a fee...my insurance covered all of it if the staff at LabCorp is to incompetent to do their job.
Considering I didn't have an appointment, I don't think an hour wait was bad. Friendly, professional staff.
Staff is nice. Just a busy office. Quick to sign in and then you have to wait your turn to be seen. Starbucks I’m on my way when I’m done here. �
HAD NO PROBLEMS WHEN I WENT IN. DID ALL MY PAPERWORK ON LINE. THE LADY AT THE WINDOW WAS REALLY NICE AND THE GIRL WHO DREW MY VIALS WAS SUPER NICE. A LOT BETTER THAN QUEST IN FLEMING ISLAND!! I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK IF NEED BE!!
