This location is not a patient service center. Patients are not seen at the Northwoods business park.
Extremely bad customer service. I waited for an hour for a drug test that took all but 10 minutes to actually perform and process. Meanwhile, I heard the workers laughing hysterically and making drumming noises while myself and 7 other people waited in the waiting room. Mind you, there was no one they were attending to. I was the first person there and one of the last to leave because of disorganization.
Excellent service, friendly people and an incredible innovative company!
Can not seem to talk to a real person!
