Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star. Location was horrible. The two employees, an older black lady and middle aged Hispanic lady were RUDE. Rushed there from work and got attitude bc they stopped doing drug testing at 4. The hispanic lady kept swearing at the front desk while having personal conversations with the other. I'm disgusted these two are allowed to work around ppl when they clearly have no ppl skills. I will never be back to this location and I'm letting everyone know how horrible this place is.

I have used this location since I have been working from home the past few months due to COVID. I have a disease that requires regular blood draws and I usually have them done at a lab close to my work in downtown Milwaukee. I had a really positive experience with a few of the women that work at this lab, they tell me they are floaters and are not assigned to specific location. I wouldn’t say the entire staff is RUDE but the older Mexican woman with dark hair definitely is rude. She mispronounced my name and when I corrected her she said “well whatever “ ...Not a very welcoming place , no one greets you when entering.
