Made an appointment for the day after Thanksgiving, just to arrive at the location with the door locked. Multiple people tried to enter but no one was successful. You could clearly see the receptionists in the Labcorp but no one was aware people were trying to enter. Another receptionist from another medical office opened it for us. 12/10 recommend. I have very difficult to find veins and do not like needles. I've come here 2x now, and both times the staff listened to my situation, and the phlebotomists were fantastic. I had no issues here, they were able to get the tests done on the first try. I had been having a very difficult time at many other places (getting stuck multiple times without success and having to try again a different time etc.), and now I am just going to be coming here! Thank you to Tricia and the great staff!!
The women at the front desk have such attitudes. The type of job they have and the place they work at, you're going to be communicating with OTHER PEOPLE the medical field is not for the weak. I strongly suggest management start better training these unmannered employees. Specifically a young lady with a long hair wig, nose ring (middle of nose) whom wears a black biker jacket. The worst place to come to the people in the front desk are very disrespectful and not professional at all.
I always walk in for my appointments and they are always very accommodating, kind and pleasant. So professional, I don’t go anywhere else for fear that the service won’t be as good.
