Woman at the front desk was one of the rudest I’ve encountered. Like everyone should be an expert on the check in process. Why be in a customer facing role if you don’t like people?
Goods and bags here. In and out, and the phlebotamist found a vein first try. Got the job done quick. If you dont want/need more than getting the stick in you quickly and leaving, this place will work well for you. Customer service was not the worst but it was not friendly. I felt that everyone i met from the receptionist to the phlebotamist was actively annoyed to have to deal.with me (could have been a bad day?). They werent rude. Just cold and stoic. Professional and efficient. Everyone knew what they were doing and worked together seamlessly to get patients in and out.
Rude and inexperienced staff. No efficiency - left an hour after my appt time.
