I tried it again it's a NO for me. My appointment was at 945 and the front desk lady is in the back on a call and it's now 1009! They have no regard for people's schedule or those not feeling well. And, the front desk lady with the curly weave is extremely rude and unprofessional. Never again I came because they had appointments available. I see why.
exceptional staff, specifically Sherita. She is an absolute expert at venipuncture and always manages to draw my toddler's blood on the very first try. I am always so happy and relieved whenever I see that she is in the office. My son also really enjoys getting a sticker from her when she is done. Thank you to Sherita and the rest of your wonderful team for providing such great care.
