The lady that works the front desk is extremely rude unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do her job. What a waste of an hour of my day.

Rude, eye rolling, condescending. I can’t stand going here. & my doctor of 20+ years is in the same building & on same floor. Gives me high anxiety when even having to walk thru the LabCorp door at this facility. Shameful.
Great place, wonderful staff and labcopr is located on the second floor. Suite 216
I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews. It was super easy to make an appointment online. Parking was easy. The info desk kindly directed me to the right suite number (216). They emailed me a QR code in advance to check in easily. Waited a minute or two in the lobby. Xavier did a great job drawing blood. All in all from the time I entered the parking lot to the time I exited, was maybe 12 minutes.
