Absolutely no signage to find the lab and no one works in this shitty hospital. Literally totally empty of staff at 10am. Parking is only free for 30 minutes, takes an hour to find the suite. 0 stars.
Easy to make appointment, parking was also easy. I waited less than 5 mins to be called in for labs. Staff was also friendly!
My husband’s doc sent me with a drop off urine sample to check for a bladder infection. She told me that she sent it to LabCorp’s universal system and that all they had to do would be to look it up in the system so that I could choose the location nearest me. I checked in at the kiosk and was asked for the doctor’s orders. When I told the person that they’d been sent to the universal system, the check in lady told me that I’d have to ask the doctor’s office to send it directly to this location. The lady that works the front desk is extremely rude unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do her job. What a waste of an hour of my day.
