I had a great experience once I got past the lady at the front desk, she talked to me like I was dumb because the check in kiosk wouldn’t let me go any further once I selected a third party was financially responsible. She said “Well no that’s not what it says”, talking over me. When she went to check the kiosk and I was telling the truth, she didn’t apologize or acknowledge her attitude. My experience here went well. In and out fairly quickly.
Very clean and professional location. I made an appointment the day before and I was seen right on time! Jasmine, the receptionist was FABULOUS, and helped me get her my doctors orders from my email to her with patience and kindness! she is a star! Kim, the tech who took my blood, was so friendly, and personable! she made me feel comfortable throughout the process! I highly recommend this location because of the too kind and FANTASTIC professionals!
Hated it. It was this one girl short cut hair and glasses I think her name is Iesha she seem a little off or under the influence. Do they drug test these people who are working with needles? It smelled just like Marijuana its disgusting. Do Not get your blood taken here
