I find it really odd that the receptionist never asked to see my ID, especially after she couldn’t find a request for bloodwork for me in the system. All I had to do was tell her my name. This seems like a breach of safety and privacy protocol. I had an appointment but the check in tablet wasn’t working so I had to see the receptionist.
Checking in with the kiosk was easy and I was taken back to do my labs very shortly after sitting down to wait. The lady who did my labs did a great job, I'm scared of needles and I didn't even notice when she was doing the draw. She was really nice to talk to and made the experience easy! I wasn't expecting to park in a parking garage but I was there for less than 20 minutes so it was free so it wasn't a big deal!
If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would in a heartbeat. First off Jasmine if that is even truly her name at the front desk was beyond rude and pretended like she didn’t know my son and I were even standing there no greeting or anything. I did EVERYTHING online which should have made an easy in and out yet she acted like she needed paperwork when clearly I did not, once I had my son go to the car she was like oh no, I didn’t need it I see the orders are in the system. I was at this facility and had the pleasure of meeting Jasmine, Her demeanor was warm and compassionate throughout, she is a true professional who knows how to make every moment special and unique with great humility, Excellence is reflected in the details and the service was impeccable, from the reception area to the blood draw station, Thank you for making healthcare a commitment ! Highly recommended❤️
The female at front desk is very rude. She did not greet me while entering the office although she was the only one at the window. She was no help and told me that everything must be done on kiosk and she violated HIPAA rights by disclosing my insurance information out loud while I was sitting in the chair which was very humiliating as other patients were in the office.
