I was worried after seeing the negative reviews, but my visit went great. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the place was absolutely clean. I was in and out well before my appointment time. FYI, the building is attached to the Pavillion III parking garage, and the office is the first door to the right of the elevators. I checked in with my phone in the waiting room while others waited use the check-in machine.
The ladies in the front desk have no customer service skills, and they aren't very helpful.
Everyone has really bad reviews for this place... I went in today around 11 am for some bloodwork. Did a checking on an iPad inside the office, it was pretty straightforward and easy. I got seen pretty quickly afterwards. I can tell that the place is understaffed. The lady at the front desk had to check patients in AND draw my blood. The women here are very RUDE and impatient! Especially with the elderly people who are not very tech savvy. Do better ladies! We will all get to be that age someday. If you are that unhappy at your place of employment maybe you should not be there....!!
