Had to choose 1 star but wished if there is negative rating. I’m very disappointed with how my wife was treated during her appointment at this Labcorp location. My wife came on time for her scheduled UTI test and had our 22-month-old son with her. She has been to this location several times before and followed the same process she had used previously: checking in at the computer and then approaching the front desk. No parking. I had to valet. $7.00 for 15 minutes. Receptionist is just collecting a paycheck. No actual service
If I could give this location negative stars, I would. The gentleman with the dreads at the front desk was very professional and pleasant. The lady who did my labs who always has an AirPod in her ear is so unprofessional and rude. She does not give you the time of day to speak and could care less about what you have to say. It’s close to home which is why I come to this location. We all have jobs and customer service is an important skill to learn regardless of the profession. Pathetic place and staff! Front desk is very rude and you won’t get straight answers.
I find it really odd that the receptionist never asked to see my ID, especially after she couldn’t find a request for bloodwork for me in the system. All I had to do was tell her my name. This seems like a breach of safety and privacy protocol. I had an appointment but the check in tablet wasn’t working so I had to see the receptionist.
