Staff member was unnecessarily rude.
Despite the bad reviews, I personally had no problems with this location for my testing. I'm glad I came here and didn't drive further out. I checked in through the kiosk and waited 30 mins until my name was called, which isn't bad for booking on the same day. Wait times may vary, but I went early in the morning. Keep in mind that staff goes to lunch at 12 p.m., so if you go close to or after that time, the line may build up.
I came here yesterday at 4:05 pm after work. They told me I was too late. Now I’m here at 8am on the dot before work and I may have to leave because no one is here to take me although they said to come at 8. It is now 8:15 and no one has said anything to me at all. The women with the bogus bbl is rude even though she was late. My suggestion find another location.
