Not enough staff. One or two people for checking in patients and for drawing blood. Definitely need more staff!
Poor service one person checking people in and drawing blood. I have never seen that before. Missed my meeting will never come back here. For the money they charge cooperate should hire. More people it’s a disgrace
inefficient long wait
I called a day ahead and I was informed by the recorded message that their timings are Monday to Friday from 7 am. But surprisingly they opened at 8am. I had a test that was needed to be done as early in the morning as possible so I traveled to this location from Flushing and it was a sour experience.
