Absolutely horrible. If you love yourself and value your time, don’t go there. The lady at the front desk has no idea what she’s doing. She made me wait 45 minutes and caused me to be late for work, only to tell me she had no prescription for me. She even argued with me and told me to go upstairs to Quest Diagnostics. Absolutely horrible. I really don’t understand why a company like Labcorp would keep an employee like that.

Made an appointment, showed up 20 minutes early with a full bladder, checked in. No one’s at the front desk to greet you, not a sound except the clock ticking. Finally when my appointment time came someone finally showed up and was immediately told I had to go to another location and had to rush there before it closed, and I ended up having to hold in my urine for 2 hours. Not enough staff. One or two people for checking in patients and for drawing blood. Definitely need more staff!
