Made an appointment, showed up 20 minutes early with a full bladder, checked in. No one’s at the front desk to greet you, not a sound except the clock ticking. Finally when my appointment time came someone finally showed up and was immediately told I had to go to another location and had to rush there before it closed, and I ended up having to hold in my urine for 2 hours. the woman here is so sweet and does an amazing job. quick and efficient. 10/10 recommend.
Not enough staff. One or two people for checking in patients and for drawing blood. Definitely need more staff!
Poor service one person checking people in and drawing blood. I have never seen that before. Missed my meeting will never come back here. For the money they charge cooperate should hire. More people it’s a disgrace
