The lady that checked my in and did my work was beyond rude and demeaning. The way she spoke to me, like I was simple and incompetent, alone has me furious. Extremely uncomfortable too say the least. She never introduced herself, she introduced her assistant who I allowed to do the work but bullied her out of the way and rammed the needle in my arm like she was spear fishing!
