Without checking my insurance they send me to another lab and l found out from other lab that they were wrong and i supposed to go back to them, not just that now its been 1.5 month we did not receive the result my doctors office followed up with them they said they did not received the sample :-( on my busy mommy schedule i got to go through everything again because looks like they lost or mishandled my sample!
There is a tech named Joann who was the sweetest and very professional. She made my fears go away. She is a keeper!
