Wife had a appointment. Was not waiting long. A lot of the negative reviews seem to be things that are out of control of the office here. Yes they take lunch 12-1 and it's posted online if you take time to read it. A new lady was training and was very nice along with the lady that took the specimen which was training the receptionist. Bad service. Had to wait 1 hour to drop off a specimen
This is the only place I can go that my insurance will pay for. I’m usually here every 3 months for routine labs. The people are mostly nice enough, but my doctor never gets the lab results. They even call to try to get the results and nobody answers the phone. I’ve even put the fax number on the paperwork and asked the results be faxed over and it just never happens.
Tried calling to find hours of operation. No one answered. I show up at 11:45 for my drug test only to find the location closed (close 12-1 for lunch) . I'm assuming for lunch, but not so sure. What a waste of 35 minutes in driving time. I'm going to recommend the employer to use a different service. LABCORP doesn't seem to care about the companies that are paying them. Why should companies want to waste their employee's time
