Worst lapcorp ever. I had my son with me and needed to take a urine screen and because I had my son they wouldn’t let me take the urine screen so what is a single parent supposed to do when they need a test done?

Arrived in office at 11:55 with my mother who is in a wheelchair and was told they were closed for lunch. It is an ordeal to get a heavy wheelchair out of the car, get her in it then have to turn around and do the same thing. The sign outside the door does not say you are closed for lunch. The only reason I gave a 2 instead of 1 is the phlebotomist that took care of my mother was so nice.
EXCELLENT! No problems whatsoever with personnel. She was very friendly! In and out, and received my lab results quickly. I didn't know where to go but rolled down my window and asked someone.
Wife had a appointment. Was not waiting long. A lot of the negative reviews seem to be things that are out of control of the office here. Yes they take lunch 12-1 and it's posted online if you take time to read it. A new lady was training and was very nice along with the lady that took the specimen which was training the receptionist. A+.
