After waiting for 30 mins they tell me they don’t do stat orders . This was 30 mins after asking the receptionist about my order . Do better !!! This is why Hammond residents hate this location . I gave it a try never again .
Had to come in 3 separate times for separate blood draws for my special needs child (luckily he is mostly easy with blood draw). The staff did very well with him and wait times was great getting in and out. I'm very pleased with the friendliness and effectiveness of the staff.
Efficient blood work, but as a note to any other trans folks, they will straight up misgender you. Rude.
I HATE to have to leave a bad review. However, my experience was awful. I had to bring my ONE WEEK old baby to have labwork drawn, i scheduled an appointment, when i arrived, we were seen fairly quickly. However, the staff neglected to tell me that they don’t usually do pediatrics until after they were planning to stick, MY ONE WEEK OLD. They decided to do a veinous stick rather than a heel stick.
