First time here and we had a great experience. When you're dealing with the public, people have to understand that people behind the counter take a lot of sass from the public and sometimes they can't get over being hurt or talked rude to or sworn at right away. Kim and Aaliyah were amazing. I was a walk-in and was immediately seen for testing. No wait! Kim was efficient and walked me through the process, approx time line and follow-up from my employer. The kindness and professionalism I was shown today will definitely have me to return and refer others for service! Great job!
Never recommend again!!!!! Rude staff ( roughly behaving and answering ) Slow process Made me wait for 40 mins even though I had an appointment !!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s been over 48 hours and still no results of my BMP and CBC. I paid a what my insurance didn’t cover. You can’t call customer service, you have to send an email. I emailed twice with no response. I have surgery and they are playing with my labs. I just should’ve done them at the hospital instead of going to Labcorp.
I came here today the black lady at the front desk with glasses was very rude. My first time coming into this facility and will be my last. I came in very respectful and she talked to me like I was bothering her and everything is an attitude. Every time I ask a question she act like I am bothering her. She and the other lady behind the desk are more worried about gossip and shopping on amazon than being kind.
