Worst experience of my life, came to fo stool test, not only did they make me put the stool individually myself to the tubes they didn't let me drop it off in a couple minutes because I was back at 12:01 and they were off to lunch even though they are clearly still sitting at the desk. Sick people, uncaring and horrible service.
Had blood drawn here just now (3 minute wait) and the nurse was great! I’m one of those that gets poked at least 5 times to find a vein and have been poked so much one time I was sent home with no draw. This nurse nailed it on 1st try, thank you!
I had a pleasant experience. I came in at 9am and got seen 5 minutes later. It went smooth and easy. I was really shocked they had bad reviews because it was not at all what I had experienced. Remember, they are human and if you’re having a bad day and you take it out on them they will sense that. Kimberly, you’re great- keep it up. Thank you for assisting me today.
Patient care and service arent even on the top 20 list of things these staff members are prioritizing. It is as if all us patients are interrupting the staffs plans to chat and play on their phones all day. A wet rag has more care for professionalism.
Female African American employee was very rude. She would not allow me to complete my drug screening over a simple issue that could have been rectified with a simple push of a button. I don’t know her name due to the fact she did not have her name tag on. She was nonchalant and short when I asked her questions. This employee spent most of her time scrolling on her phone as I called customer service for assistance. After getting nowhere with her I decided to leave.
