Patient care and service arent even on the top 20 list of things these staff members are prioritizing. It is as if all us patients are interrupting the staffs plans to chat and play on their phones all day. A wet rag has more care for professionalism.
Female African American employee was very rude. She would not allow me to complete my drug screening over a simple issue that could have been rectified with a simple push of a button. I don’t know her name due to the fact she did not have her name tag on. She was nonchalant and short when I asked her questions. Receptionist/phlebotomist was very rude. Service was fast.
Quick and amazing service!
Husband and I had labs drawn here today. The staff we encountered at this location were all kind, friendly, and very professional. Would recommend this location to anyone!! Our experience couldn't have been better and these folks work hard. Thank you for making getting poked with a needle a pleasant experience! Great job!!!
