Female African American employee was very rude. She would not allow me to complete my drug screening over a simple issue that could have been rectified with a simple push of a button. I don’t know her name due to the fact she did not have her name tag on. She was nonchalant and short when I asked her questions. Husband and I had labs drawn here today. The staff we encountered at this location were all kind, friendly, and very professional. Would recommend this location to anyone!! Our experience couldn't have been better and these folks work hard. Thank you for making getting poked with a needle a pleasant experience! Great job!!!
First experience was amazing, and all the girls drawing blood are FANTASTIC!! Recent front desk experience, absolutely deplorable. Very rude and condescending at the front desk, I'm not sure how horrible your day can be at 10am for people trying to get blood work for preventative care. If being in Healthcare is not in your heart, don't do it. Will be going to Orland Park next time around. If you can't trust Healthcare workers to have a positive attitude, how can you trust them sticking you with needles?
