Older male at the reception desk, just wasting time. Said system was down so couldn't look up my order. Okay. So I look in my email and app, show him order that has info needed. Then says, he cant look up if its paid or not. Okay. I look up receipt in app and find it. After showing it, says he cant look up if its paid. Why not start there, that they cant do anything while system is down instead of wasting time. BTW, he was on his phone entire time.
Very personable, gentle, efficient, and just plain helpful.
No parking available anywhere!! Everyone is lost and then you can’t park in certain areas, you’ll get towed! Avoid area as much as possible, it’s too cramped up!!
Clean location compared to quest few miles away. Friendly staff and overall good experiense
Had an appointment scheduled at 1215. Arrived to the testing site with sign on the door saying closed for lunch from 12-1.
