Very polite and prompt
Absolutely horrible experience. Every single aspect. First of all, I couldn’t even pull in initially bc one of the phlebotomists was hanging into the window of a Tulare police officer’s car just chit chatting for a full 5 minutes while I parked on the street and then someone honked at them and they finally moved.
