I had a very mixed experience at this Labcorp location. The man who drew my son’s blood was absolutely incredible. He was the only male staff member there, and he showed so much kindness and patience. My son is very anxious about blood draws, but he made him feel calm and comfortable. He was professional, compassionate, and truly outstanding. He deserves recognition for his excellent care. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were the complete opposite. I’ve never had a problem here staff is always friendly and when I show up at 7am on the dot it’s in & out fast !

If I could leave a zero star I would. The front desk employees don’t help patients who arrive and don’t know how to use the kiosk. They’ll just repeatedly point to the kiosk instead of getting up to help. They call people at random and not in the order you signed in. I waited almost 2 hours to get my lab work done. My order was placed on top of the printer and forgotten about. I went to ask multiple times about the wait time and why I hadn’t been called. The front desk lady was rude and had her earphones in.
