They are not much on answering phones. Additionally, they have a bad habit of coding the insurance invoices incorrectly and I have to spend hours correcting them after it was rejected by Medicare. I know there are not a lot of options for labs in town but I would certainly use Labcorp as a last resort.
Since the move I would give it 0 stars if I could laurel lady at the front desk isn't much help and manager Kaylee is zero help. Moved business without notice. Didn't cancel appointment or help make a new one. Before the move I would of given them 5 stars.

I’m not the type to leave bad reviews. However the workers here don’t want to lift a finger to help patients who need help signing in. They’ll just repeatedly point to the kiosk instead of getting up to help. Each time I’ve went in I’ve had to help other patients as a patient myself. Not everyone knows or understands technology. Be more empathetic.
