I read the reviews with all of the complaints and was expecting a terrible experience, but needed lab work done, I went there and found such friendly helpful people. It’s a shame people only do reviews when they have something to complain about. I would give it five stars
I went for a routine lab blood draw at your Bryn Mawr, PA location. I signed in on the tablet and opted for the Wait Where You are comfortable option and provided my cell number. I went out to my car to wait. At 10:34 am I got a text they were ready to see me and I should go inside and wait to be called back. They were not ready. The waiting room had more people sitting in there than the limit of 8 on a sign. Went for Covid testing 2 days ago...still no results nor can they even confirm that they received the test 😡
Arrived at the Prince Frederick, MD office at 7:55 am because they were SUPPOSED to open at 8am and I had to fast. At 8:05 am there were employees waiting to get in. I guess the person with the keys was late. So at least 12 people were waiting when they opened the doors at 8:10am. Then we all start checking in. After waiting another 15 mins they send a clipboard around for us to sign in that way. I sat in my car for an hour and a half staring at my phone waiting for someone to call me after I had checked in. The woman running your Ivy Ridge office couldn’t have been more rude. Without even asking me my name, she told me to “get out.” I asked her when she called me, and still without knowing my name, claimed she called me 3 times. She had time to call me that much, but couldn’t leave ONE voicemail? I am in Reno, NV. Have appointment for a Labcorp location only to find a not on the door saying temporarily closed. Why didn’t I get an email or text informing me? Go to another location- same thing. Now on my way to a 3rd location that I went to last week. It was crowded, unorganized, and the computers were going down. This is ridiculous.
Worst billing I have ever encountered. Called today to ask about my bill and got Rhonda. Kept interrupting me, talking over me, shouting. Horrible service. I had a payment plan and according to Rhonda, I missed my $5 payment for August. But I paid $25 on September 16 with a credit card. They processed the payment and didn't put on the letter that the payment was received.
